Racine Miller is the managing partner of The Michigan Law Firm, PC. Ms. Miller is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, who can proudly claim to have a near-perfect trial record. Ms. Miller has significant experience in litigating automobile accident cases, truck accident cases, general negligence cases, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights matters involving wrongful arrest, excessive force, and police misconduct. In addition to helping clients with their Michigan litigation in Michigan state courts, including the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court, Ms. Miller has been admitted to and practices in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Miller also works to ensure firm operations, administrative procedures, and firm organizational strategies are in place at The Michigan Law Firm, PC.
